About Bryan

Bryan Schacht brings 30 years of professional sales and marketing experience which provides a tremendous benefit when working with both sellers and buyers. Bryan began his real estate career with Keller Williams Atlanta Partners, followed by Harry Norman, Realtors, and now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties.

Bryan's professional background includes sales and marketing for the PGA TOUR'S Tournament Players Club's (TPC), TPC Sugarloaf and TPC Prestancia, National Sales Manager at the Greenbrier Resort, the Homestead, and Director of Group Sales at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club in St. Petersburg Florida. Bryan began his hospitality career in 1985 at the Renaissance PineIsle Resort on Lake Lanier Islands, Georgia.

With Bryan's hospitality and private golf country club background, it allows him to bring a wealth of knowledge helping buyers and sellers in golf and country club residential communities in North Fulton, Forsyth, North Gwinnett, and Hall Counties. Bryan's focus is helping buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs in all of these areas including homes on Lake Lanier.

Bryan and his family reside in Buford. In his free time, enjoys spending it with his wife, three daughters, two sons-in-law's, and one granddaughter. Bryan hobbies include, gourmet cooking, golf, reading, and travel.
